Return & Refund Policy
We at TeaQure strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare instances where you face an issue with your order, please read the guidelines below to understand our returns and refunds process.
1. Damaged or Broken Packages
- If your order arrives in a damaged or broken condition, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged outer carton and the product inside.
- Email these images to info@teaqure.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Mention the damage while acknowledging delivery with the courier partner.
- Please ensure:
- The product is unused.
- It is in its original packaging with all labels intact.
2. Defective Products
- If you receive a defective product:
- Send us images of the defective product and the carton packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email these to info@teaqure.com.
- Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse-picked by our courier partner.
- Once the product reaches our facility, our team will inspect and verify its condition.
- Upon approval, we will process either a refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
3. Taste Preference
- Taste is subjective, and every tea has a unique flavor profile.
- The act of trying a new tea is part of discovering your personal tea palate.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons of taste preference once the product has been opened or used.
4. Refund Timelines
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Important Notes
- Returns or refund requests raised beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
- Ensure the product remains unused and sealed until our courier picks it up.
- In cases where the claim does not meet our policy guidelines, we reserve the right to decline the return/refund request.
