Description
Ruby Petals, Unhurried: The Loose-Leaf Hibiscus Ritual
There is a quiet joy in watching whole hibiscus petals open in hot water, releasing their deep crimson slowly, on their own time. Blended by hand with cranberry, blueberry, apple, orange peel and lemongrass, this loose-leaf tisane invites you to slow down and pour with intention. Every scoop is a little different, and that is the beauty of it, your TeaQure moment, brewed just the way you like.
Tasting Notes
The aroma lifts with sweet berries and bright citrus over the flower’s signature tartness. On the palate it is boldly fruity and pleasantly sour, softened by apple and a gentle, licorice-led sweetness. Loose leaf brews to a luminous jewel-red cup with a rounded, juicy body and a crisp, clean finish that lingers like ripe cranberry.

How to Brew
- Measure 1 tsp (about 2 g) of loose leaf per 200 ml cup
- Heat fresh water to 95°C, just off the boil
- Pour over the leaf and steep for 3 to 4 minutes, longer for a bolder, tarter cup

Quick Questions
Is it really caffeine-free?
Yes. As a herbal tisane it contains no tea leaf and is naturally free of caffeine.
Can I re-steep the leaves?
You can gently re-steep once for a lighter, softer cup, though the first pour carries the most colour and flavour.
Is it good iced?
Wonderfully so. Brew a little stronger, let it cool, then pour over ice with a slice of orange for a refreshing ruby cooler.
